Apply for Lifetime Membership
Applying for membership is easy! Simply provide your Name, Address, Phone, Email and the one-time tax deductible fee for the corresponding membership level you choose and submit payment via on-line or mail to our address: 4 Paws Police Foundation, 2307 Fenton Parkway, #10769, San Diego, CA 92108

Process & Timing
Your application will be reviewed and a background investigation will be conducted in approximately 5 to 10 business days from when we receive your information/application. If your application is approved, any items you selected on your application to receive will be ordered at that time. Please allow at least 10-12 weeks from approval for delivery of membership items (due to worldwide shipping delays). Potential Reasons for Denial
If you have multiple recent citations on your driving record, you may be denied for membership. If you have any felonies on your record, including a DUI, you will not be approved for membership.
